Super Crunch Salad

Method

 

1. Grate the carrot, slice the cucumber, radishes and celery

 

2. Mix together the salad, grated carrot, sliced cucumber, radishes and celery

 

3. Top with roasted peanuts

 

4. Add Orange Juice, Olive Oil and wholegrain mustard into a bowl, this is your citrus dressing

 

5.  Add the dressing to your salad and mix everything together

 

6. Serve with toasted Pitta
