Sesame florets

Methods

 

  1. Stir-fry small florets of broccoli in a little rapeseed oil.
  2. Add a dash of oyster sauce (use soy for vegan option) and red chilli flakes to taste.
  3. Finish off with a drizzle of sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds.
